About the union

The decision was issued by His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, the Minister of Sports and President of the Saudi Arabian Olympic and Paralympic Committee, approving the Saudi Kickboxing Federation’s Board members, led by Mr. Ahmed AlTowayan, and six members on the date of 30/04/1444 H corresponding to 23/11/2022. Since then, the Saudi Kickboxing Federation has been working on building the organizational structure that serves its objectives and purposes, including the formation of support committees to implement some of the federation’s programs under the direct supervision of the Board, such as the Strategic Committee, Legal Committee, Financial Committee, and Investment Committee. Additionally, it has worked on establishing strategic relationships with numerous regional and international federations, such as the Bahraini Kickboxing and Muay Thai Federation, the Kuwaiti Kickboxing Committee, as well as establishing a strategic relationship with the British Kickboxing Federation and the World Association of Kickboxing Organizations (WAKO).
